Paul Svanberg

Swedish drummer Paul Svanberg grew up in a musical family as the son of pianist and composer Lars Jansson. A graduate of the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, he has toured widely across Europe and four continents, and performed with leading artists such as Ulf Wakenius, Viktoria Tolstoy, Rigmor Gustavsson, and Jojje Wadenius. A long-time member of the acclaimed Lars Jansson Trio, Svanberg has also appeared on numerous recordings and is active in projects ranging from modern jazz ensembles to organ quartets.
